The location is near French Harbor and Parrot Tree Plantation. Rental car is recommended to allow you to explore Roatan fully.
The home features a 2nd floor with master bedroom and in suite bath. Large open concept living and kitchen area open up to a wraparound deck all with ocean views. The first floor features 3 bedrooms 1 with in suite bath the other 2 share a common bath. All bedrooms have private entrances to the white sand beach. Lower unit also has a self contained kitchenette with stove, microwave, and refrigerator.
The home was redecorated and updated in early 2007 for future renter’s enjoyment. The home has 27" LCD TV, entertainment center with IPOD port. Large stainless grill on the deck is perfect for cooking out and enjoying the ocean breezes.
The home is just 40 yards from the water but you can get even closer and hang out in the private tiki hut that is nearly touching the water directly in front of the house.
If you love the beach, the coral reef and peace and quiet the coral beach house is a great choice for you. |
