This brand new two bedroom two bath house is located right on Coco Bay Beach, it is a gorgeous home that is sure to be a popular rental. The house is available for rent from April 1-November 1 st 2007, a two week minimum is required November thru March.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a lovely bathroom en suite with a large walk in shower. There are sliding doors that lead from the bedroom out onto the deck with views of the sea. The second bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom en suite with a large walk in shower and also a sliding door out onto the deck and views of the sea from the bedroom.
The kitchen has everything you need , there is a living /dining area with sliding doors out onto the deck. There is lots of patio furniture so you can enjoy your meals outside watching the sea life on Coco Bay and a hammock for relaxing.
You can climb the winding staircase up to the copula where you can sit and watch the sunsets which are amazing. There are ceiling fans throughout and central a/c, the house has a cd player Direct TV/DVD, wireless internet, Sirius Radio, VHF Radio. Monthly rates are available with laundry privileges. |
