Both house have identical bedroom configuration and layout. Built with the same style and high standard of the Parenthesis group of villas, they feature similar characteristics such as carved marble floors, traditional wooden ceiling and some personal details giving a distinctive character to each of them.
The villas share a luxuriant garden; parking and patio, yet each has own entrance overlooking Agios Ioannis bay and its chapel. The entrance leads to a spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen with an indoor dining area, a living room with fireplace and a front terrace with sea views and garden setting.
One of the guest bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom, is located on the ground floor, while two other guest bedrooms, sharing one bathroom, are on the upper floor. Each has a private roof terrace with stunning sea views.

A two week stay is required in July and August, anything less than that may incur a 15% surcharge. |
