Villa Phoebe is the upper-right villa of the four properties sharing one pool. The villa has a very large veranda with beautiful views of the surrounding area and a shaded pergola for outdoor dining. The interiors are similar to villa Leto, while displaying a large open plan kitchen, a formal dining area and a lounge room with bare rock walls. Two of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, with access to a roof terrace with complete privacy, while the third bedroom is on the ground floor.
Phoebe shares a pool with Villa Artemis, Villa Asteria and Villa Leto. Located just few steps down from each villa, this elegant pool has a rather large rounded shape and displays on the water’s edge a rare gigantic aged Saguaro. The pool area is well equipped with teak deck chairs and umbrella for guests' sunbathing and relaxation. These two villas, along with Villa Artemis and Villa Asteria are recommended for families or a large group of friends wishing to share the large outdoor area, each enjoying the freedom of a single home.
Due to the high high drop of the roof terraces, this villa is not recommended for unattended children.
The Airport is 5kms/15 minute drive.
This villa sleeps 6 people. When Villa Phoebe and Villa Leto are rented together (sleeping a total of 12 people) for the the same dates, a special rate is available, please speak with a reservations specialist. Security Deposit €500.
A two week stay is required in August, anything less than that may incur a service charge. |
