Totally remodeled and sits out so you have a grand view of the north coastline, whitewater from all the living areas and master bedroom in the home. Large deck to enjoy all your meals and can BBQ if you wish. You have a constant moving view all day long. See the whales from Dec. to March, Dolphins playing all year. Surfers, sailors, fishing boats and families enjoying the water activities.
