This luxury unit is fully furnished and includes everything for a fabulous Florida keys vacation. Located in Port Pine Heights where the Key deer roam.

2 full bedrooms and additional bedroom area offers sleeping accommodations for 8-9. 1 Queen, 2 twin bunks, 1 twin bed, queen sleeper sofa in living room and queen sleeper sofa in den. Beautifully decorated in tropical colors, fully equipped kitchen for great entertaining for all your quests with plenty of seating. Boat dockage, boat ramp for your boat needs and plenty of room for the sunbathers too.
 Rate Information - Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
In-Season Rates: $3,000 monthly (December-April)

Out-of-Season Rates: $2,500 monthly (May-November)

* Rates are subject to change and may be higher during holidays, lobster season, and special events.
* Minimum lengths of stay may be required.

28 DAY RULE
Unless otherwise specified, rental periods must be for a minimum of 28 days, in accordance with Monroe County, Florida's vacation rental law.
TAXES
All vacation rentals will be taxed on rent and cleaning fees; State Sales Tax (7.5%) & Monroe County Tourist Development Tax (4%) totaling 11.5% tax.
UTILITIES
All monthly vacation rentals will be charged utilities (water & electric) and cleaning fees in addition to rent.
PAYMENTS
Deposits and subsequent payments are accepted in the form of personal checks. 50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival; full balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that rates are subject to change without notice and that seasonal and holiday events may be higher.
CANCELLATIONS
60 days prior to arrival, deposits refunded in full. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival date, a $45.00 administrative fee will be retained.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Arrival time is 3:00 pm; departure is 11:00 am. Please contact our office 1 week prior to your arrival to confirm specific check-in procedures.
