This privately owned studio villa is situated in the heart of Rio Mar within the grounds of The Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Golf Resort and Spa in Puerto Rico. This beach front resort has 700 acres of golf courses, tennis courts and nature preserves. Villa residents have full use of hotel facilities including hotel pools and beach. Residents also have their own private beach club with pool and another pool right next to the villa.
Located in Puerto Rico's north east coast, this wonderful villa is minutes
away from top tourist attractions such as El Yunque Rainforest, Horseback
Riding, Catamaran Excursions, and many more. Steps away from the villa
you will also find world class golf courses, restaurants and fun beach
activities.
This beautiful Mediterranean style villa enjoys spectacular ocean and rain
forest views. The villa enjoys close proximity to the beach and a year round
tropical climate of 75-85 degrees F. It is fully furnished and comes with all
modern amenities.

We have 3 other villas available for rent, a Studio, 1 Bedroom & 2 Bedroom Villa all in the same area. Email for more details.
RESERVATIONS: A 50% deposit is required to reserve the Villa. Balance is due on or
before check in with funds that can be immediately cleared. If a booking is done
within 20 days of your check in date we will require the full balance of your stay on
booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $200 security deposit is required. It will be refunded by mail
withing 1 week of check out given that there are no damages or missing items.
MINIMUM STAY: There is a 3 night minimum stay for above rates. Please call to
check rates for fewer than 3 nights.
LIABILITY: The villa owners are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, nor for injuries or damages to persons staying at the villa. Client shall assume all liability for damage to property, person or persons arising from accidents or other causes while residing in the villa during the rental term, including
intoxication of renter or guests, and renter does hereby release the villa owners from any liability whatsoever.
