What a difference this property made from previous trips to Meadview, the rental made eveything more enjoyable. First, to have the ability to launder our wet clothes from the day out on the lake. No smelly clothes to unpack when we made it back to California. Having the frige to store our food in verses the worring if there was enough ice to keep the food over night. Just one tip to the Meadviw Market for ice on this trip, we bought what was needed for the weekend and stored the rest in the freezer and used it as needed each day. The air conditioning keep every one cool and I don’t mean the temps either. Usually, after a day in the sun everyone gets a little craby. Not this time, everyone showered and kicked back in the nice indoor climate watching TV in bed and the kids played video games in the living room. Coyote Ranch properties really did it right. We can not wait for our next trip to the small town of Meadview!

Thank you Coyote Ranch Properties for the comfortable vacation home rental and reasonable rates! While driving to Meadview, I was so surprised and pleased to learn from a billboard that my family and I had the option to stay in a comfortable home while visiting Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Walking into a well equipped home and not a motel room immediately put us all at ease. Thank-you once again, I will be staying in a Coyote Ranch Property each time we come to Meadview. We look forward too boating in the northern boundaries of Lake Mead in the near future and we now feel the same about our accommodations.
