Reservations are held with a 50% deposit. Balance due 60 days before arrival. Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival - full deposit refunded, less 10% to cover bank charges, etc.
Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival and we are able to book the studio for those dates - full deposit refunded, less 10%.
Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival and we are not able to book the studio for those dates - deposit forfeited.
