This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom pool home is beautifully situated at Lake “Helen” in Lehigh Acres, just 12 miles east of Fort Myers.
The house is 2142 sqft under air, 4462 sqft total.
There is an electric heated pool, 14x30, and a spacious screened in lanai where you can play table tennis. The lanai is equipped with a big table providing seating for six and there are 6 lounge chairs for relaxation.
The master bedroom features 2 twin size beds, TV and radio. The adjoining master bathroom has double sinks, walk-in shower, bath tub, bidet and a walk-in-closet.
The first guest bedroom is equipped with 2 twin size beds, the adjoining guest bathroom with double sinks and shower.
The second guest bedroom has a king size bed, the adjoining bathroom a single sink, shower and separate entrance to the pool area.
Linens and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils. It has a breakfast bar with seating for four.
There are 2 dining areas complete with dining table and 4 respectively 6 chairs.
The great room has an open floor plan, TV and stereo system with CD player, a couch, love seat and armchair. Large sliding doors face the pool and lead to the lanai.
The house has a garage and security system.
