Our villa can sleep a maximum of 12 guests, plus baby. It is fully equipped and will feel just like home.

You will love our open plan home which features a spacious two-storey living area and foyer. There is cable TV in the living room and in the bedrooms for you to enjoy, plus wireless highspeed internet throughout the home.
The pool is south west facing and you’ll be spending lots of time here soaking up the sun. After a long day in the parks, relax, have an outdoor meal and watch the kids play. You'll love the sheltered lanai by the pool and will probably spend most of your time there. Plus there are great views of the lake from the home.
The villa features a huge master suite for you to enjoy, with king- size bed and private bathroom, the other bedrooms include another with a king-size bed, one with a queen and two bedrooms with twin beds. This is a great home base for two families.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped, a home from home, why spend money eating out when you can make great meals at home?
There is a lovely dining area off the kitchen, where the family can enjoy a meal and talk about the fun they had that day, or sit quietly and relax in the separate sitting area off the main living space.
Ideally located close to shopping, including a 24 hour Super Walmart only 1/2 mile away. Cypress Gardens theme park is only 10 minutes away and Disney, Seaworld and all the other orlando attractions are very close also.
For golfers, this Villa is 1 mile from Southern Dunes Golf Club. This is a great course and is very children friendly. The club is open to the public and the rounds are reasonably priced. There are several golf courses around, but Champions Gate "National" course is another worth attempting while in Orlando. Super facilities there and again reasonably priced.
