Rentals of 1 to 8 bedrooms range in price from $120 to $700/night per night. All rentals are furnished with sheets, towels, and well equipped kitchens; most have cable or satellite TV/DVD.Most properties offer ceiling fans and air conditioning. Some accommodations are more luxurious than others and are priced accordingly. If you have special needs due to health or business, please specify when making reservations. Minimum age to rent, 25 years and must be present. Please contact us about arrangements for any special events.

| Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS: if ninety (90) or more days notice is received, 10% of the rental shall be retained. If there is less than 90 days notice, 20% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented. If we can not rent the unit, we shall retain the entire deposit. EXCEPTION: FOR RESERVATIONS BETWEEN DEC. 15 AND JAN. 7, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. In case of cancellation, notice must be received by ISLAND WEST PROPERTIES, INC. in writing by certified, return mail. No refunds for early check outs except when the island goes to official hurricane warning. |
