Property Information
This beautiful new 2100 sq. ft. two level home is located just minutes away from downtown Reno at the Sparks Marina. The living room, dining area, kitchen, and a half bath are on the lower level, and a sliding glass door in the living room opens to a spacious patio overlooking the canal. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a cozy loft, and a laundry room.
The master suite has a king size bed, a bathroom with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in closet, and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. For additional guests, the loft overlooking the living room has a queen size sofa bed.
A sandy beach for swimming, a boat dock (non-power boats only), as well as two restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Regular prices: (2 night minimum)
$1,800.00 per week*
$825.00 three nights*
$725.00 two nights* (sorry, but due to increased costs, we have had to increase our raters for two night stays.)
Special events prices: (3 night minimum)
(Hot August Nights, Street Vibrations & December 22nd through January 1st):
$2,050.00 per week*
$975.00 three nights*
*These rates do not include our $125 cleaning fee for each stay, or the 12% room tax which we are required to charge on stays under 28 days.
We require that a $500 security deposit be held on a credit card during each stay. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay if there are no missing or damaged items, or if extensice cleaning is not necessary. (Please see our Rental Contract for more details).
