We offer all the amenities you would expect at a major resort, three pools, two restaurants, concierge services, ocean views. Great location on the east end of the island, Close to Red Hook ferry terminal for St John day-trips, or dining out at many of the fun restaurants, this area can offer. Several Beaches nearby to swim & snorkel.We have supplied La Dolce Vita with everything we think you would need while on vacation. Much like home, with all those extra amenities you want: DVDs, Music Library, plenty of Towels, Linens, Beach Gear & BBQ. We provide you with brochures, reading material and Island information to help you decide how to spend your stay with us. We are glad assist in any way we can. If there is something special you might need, just let Juliet know about it. She is our local manager and she is ready to help you experience ''The Dolce Vita''.

New rental with Fresh Paint, All new interior fixtures,Charmingly Decorated. Bedroom has a comfortable Queen sized bed, and the Living Room with comfortable Queen sized sleeper sofa. We can provide additional blow up mattress for children under 12 years old, and cribs, are available to rent.
Local manager, with 20 years experience, of island living, is available to answer questions, make reservations, recommend restaurants, sort through the many options open to you during your stay with us. There is everything you need for a day at the beach. Cooler, Umbrella, Beach Towels, Beach chairs, Reading material. We keep local information guides, with maps, brochures, etc. to help you plan your stay and experience all there is to offer, both in St John ( 20 minute ferry ride away) and St Thomas, with local CD driving tour of the island. Amenities at the resort: concierge services, taxi service if you do not rent a car, Snorkel equipment rental in the little shop next to Fungi's Waterside, bar/restaurant. Fine Dining at Agave Terrace; we can send the menu on line, along with several other outstanding choices. Snorkeling, and kayak tours are available . Lots to do and see on your vacation. Boating, for a day sail trip, or rental powerboats, with captain, or drive yourself. Check out all the fun things to do in nearby Red Hook Marina... short ride away. day Trip to St John. Visit the National Park, in gorgeous St John, visitor center can supply maps & info for the Hiking Trails, Sugar Mill Ruins, and underwater snorkel trail at Truck Bay. spend a day at world famous, Magens Bay... take a book, relax in your beach chair. Food concessions on site, along with the best beach gear shopping for island treasures on site as well. Drive into the historic downtown are of Charlotte Amalie. Take a walking tour of the many beautiful spots, one of the oldest synagogues around, the Moravian Church, the old Fort, 99 steps, and much much more to see!
Other Activities: Day Sail Boats from the resort; Wreck Dives, or Powerboat rentals are fun

Two friends and I just returned from here yesterday and had such an AMAZING time! The condo was perfect - Point Pleasant is a wonderful location, slightly off the beaten path with the most down to earth, fun staff and beautiful scenery. We attended a wedding at the Marriott Frenchman's Reef, which is referred to as one of the nicest hotels on the island, but we were so glad we stayed here instead. The condo was so much nicer than staying in a hotel room, we felt we were truly guests of the owners and were really taken care of. They are very thoughtful with the amenities that are provided and do have a beautiful place. We would most definitely stay again. If you stay here though you simply MUST book a day sail on the Morningstar - just go down to Fungi's and book it at We Be Jammin' - you will not regret it!
