A huge, screened-in patio overlooks the spectacular yard. Privacy a big plus as no one is directly across the canal, a rarity in the Keys! It’s also just a 4 minute car ride to the famous Sombrero Beach, plus boating access via Sister Creek or Boot Key Harbor so you can get to all your fishing and diving spots quickly. Conveniently located in the heart of Marathon, close to boat ramps, marinas, restaurants, grocery, and shopping stores! Warning: The yard is so nice you might never want to leave!
