A Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Gulf Front Home on Morton Street in Grassy Key!
Just yards from the edge of the Gulf this home is the perfect location for a memorable vacation! The first living level of the home is elevated and offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. On this level there is the living area, kitchen and dining area all running along the back of the house for great views of the water. Step out to the expansive covered porch and the views just keep getting better. The perfect spot to relax in the shade with a good book or outdoor dining. The kitchen is central in the living area and has a breakfast bar on the living room side as well as on the dining area side. Everything the cook needs for meal preparation is just steps away and there is plenty of room for cook's helpers. The dining area extends into a second sitting area for another quiet spot to catch up on the day's activities.
Two bedrooms are located on this level with a hall bath between serving the bedrooms and living area. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds and the second has a queen size bed. The master suite is upstairs with its own spectacular bath and private balcony for waterfront viewing and that first cup of coffee in the morning!
The pier dock offers not only dockage for your boat but is a great spot to relax over the water on the built-in bench or jump in for great onshore snorkeling. Fishing is even reported to be not only great fun but successful off the end of the dock!
Fabulous free form pool has an elevated spa with a waterfall into the pool and a second rock waterfall that has a built-in bench underneath. The pool entry is stepped from very shallow to the deep end. The shallow entry is perfect for young children
Beautifully furnished inside and out. Palm tree studded back yard and flowering tropical landscaping. Located on a private road with that tucked away from it all feel and the Gulf of Mexico at your feet. When you arrive, you'll know you've found your tropical paradise.
High-speed Internet WIFI and now with a complimentary two-person kayak.
Pool heat available at an additional cost of $200.00 plus tax.
A pet may be considered, permission must be given and if allowed a $150.00 pet fee for each week in the reservation.
Please note the boat lift and garage are not available for guest use and that we typically book only on a Saturday to Saturday schedule and do not break up an additional week for extra days less than the next full week.

Pool heat is optional at $225.00 per week.
All rates are plus a $50 booking fee, $275 cleaning, 12.5% sales tax and a refundable $1000 reservation/security deposit. Pet fee if pet is allowed is $150 plus tax

Great house - tropical, fun vibe - good dock with plenty of water even at low tide. Beautiful views - doesn’t get direct sun which is great - sunsets were awesome on the boat! Enjoyed the changing hues of the gulf from the porch, dock and pool! Excellent trip!

The Gulf-Front Refuge on Grassy Key

My family had such a wonderful time at this beautiful property and made lifelong memories. House was clean and had plenty of room for our family. We loved grilling on the back porch and taking in those beautiful sunsets! The view of the water looked like a postcard. We loved the backyard and were able to fish, kayak, and paddle board right off the dock. House is in a wonderful location. We scheduled a snorkel trip in Key Largo and made a day trip to Key West. The rest of the trip we enjoyed excursions around Marathon to Dolphin Encounter, Turtle Hospital, Crane Point Hammock Museum & Nature Trails, Sombrero Beach, and Bahia Honda State Park. Lots of great restaurants near house along with ice cream and treats. Family had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved this home !!! And our family had an amazing time !!! It is a beautiful home inside and out !!! Very well stocked with everything you need !!! And wow how beautiful it was to be able to wake up every morning in the master bedroom and look out at that view !!! Just gorgeous !!! We loved the pool as well, it's so pretty !!! And the palm trees were beautiful and added much needed shade at times. We went in the pool every morning and evening and in between. The dock is a bonus, the boys did a lot of fishing !!! We saw a beautiful school of parrot fish at the dock every morning... a pair of nurse sharks on the first day... a barracuda that hung around all week, a couple snappers and a family of iguanas that visited here and there each day. We snorkeled at the dock and saw a ton of color fish that you can't see from the dock looking in. We made so many amazing memories in your home !!! Thank you for opening it up for guests. We already tried to book for next year but it's all booked up ): just a really really beautiful property !!! Thank you again !!!
