The Master Suite with balcony access has a fireplace, private bathroom with 2 sinks, separate walk-in shower, deep jetted whirlpool tub, walk-in closet, vanity mirror, and hairdryer. The King in the master bedroom is a Sleep Number Smart Bed. Bring your Sleep Number with you or discover it here for exciting days and peaceful night's sleep. The Chef's Kitchen has upgraded cabinets, granite counters, and walk-in pantry. It is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses, cookware, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, spices, toaster, crockpot, blender, waffle maker, wok, roasting pans, electric skillet, oven, stovetop, and microwave. The kitchen area seats 8 with additional seating in the bar room. Also included are linens and towels, beach chairs, umbrella, tent, wagon, boards, toys, games, and books. The home has 5 large screen TVs, LG washer and dryer, iron, laundry tub sink, and drying rack. Walk-in, designer closets are in the pantry and all bedrooms for extra storage. Kid-friendly home with an adjustable high chair, playpen, and beach toys.
Located at the highly desirable Sanibel Condominium, amenities include oceanfront beach access, a exercise room, underground gated parking, and clubhouse with billiard room, card tables, full kitchen, grilling area, picnic table, and a private beachfront heated pool and hot tub. *** The pool deck is being expanded by 2500 additional sq ft to provide more sun, shade, and seating options. The resurfaced heated pool and new oversized spa are planned to be open in the spring of 2024 - contact owner for updates. ***

Absolute perfection!

Beautiful condo that will truly spoil you on your vacation. Mary Ann has thought of everything to make you feel all the comforts of home, but also have the amazing feeling of being in a tropical paradise. Words can not define how beautiful the view is from this condo. Our entire family enjoyed the condo and the activities in the area. The kids (15, & 12) said it was their favorite place they have ever stayed. They also made jokes about how they are going to rent this condo together and live there when they are older! LOL!! The condo is extremely clean, and Mary Ann is a very responsive and kind owner. The only downside....now I have to buy a new bed at home because the bed in the master bedroom is soooooo comfortable! Best sleep we have had in a long time!! Thank you Mary Ann for sharing your beautiful place!

Everything about our experience in renting and staying at Mary Ann’s condo was exceptional. Mary Ann was quick to respond on every inquiry. As the owner of this rental she has gone above and beyond to think of everything you will need for your stay. Her condo is beautiful, well cared for, and you will want to spend hours on her balcony relaxing and enjoying the view and sound of the ocean on her gorgeous patio furniture. Mary Ann has thought of everything you will need for the beach and your stay.
This was the perfect spot to enjoy with our family and grandchildren.

My husband and I spend a month at this condo!! I would definitely recommend staying here. It was wonderful! I woke up almost every morning to watch the beautiful sunrises from our balcony, what a great way to start your day! Everything you need is supplied. We stayed here last year and couldn't wait to come back this year. The condo has everything we needed. We cooked every day, since we didn't feel comfortable eating out, so the kitchen and extra appliances were wonderful. The weather was fantastic and we enjoyed the beach and pool. It was great watching the dolphins from the balcony.

End of May Vacation

This is the second time in 6 months my husband and I have stayed in this condo. To say it’s clean, comfortable and accurately described feels like such an understatement. It’s a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. MaryAnn has put a great amount of effort and detail into ensuring her guests have what they need for a great stay. She makes sure to answer any questions and genuinely cares her guests are comfortable. We absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to future visits.
