Located in a quiet Fripp neighborhood and only minutes away from the Beach Club, tennis, fitness center, and restaurants. The new boardwalk is just a few steps away from the beach, where you can enjoy swimming and walking, or shelling, birding and fishing on Fripp's firm, wide sand. Built to encourage family reunions, and accommodate multiple families with privacy. Our house has been praised by previous renters who said it was the "happiest house we've ever been in and the best designed, most comfy beach house we've rented." Our "Happy House", located in Oceanside, has two decks, a screened-in porch and a screened-in porch for outdoor dining and living. The updated kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking and dining (if you can't find it ask!). All rooms are newly painted and decorated in bright colors. The "Happy House" rental comes with a 2-car garage, a second refrigerator, high-speed wireless internet, Satellite TV in the living room, DVR upstairs and VCR downstairs, a fireplace, Weber Grill, an outside shower as well as beach towels and sand chairs. Accommodations: The upper level has a large screened-in porch with a hammock, outdoor dining and a deck with lounge chairs. You will find a master suite (with king-sized bed) with a bathroom and spectacular ocean views. A second bedroom (with queen-sized bed) has its own bathroom. There is also a large living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry room. On the garden level there is a large living room with TV, DVD and VCR. There are also 3 daybeds (plus a trundle) and a small bathroom. On the garden level, two additional bedrooms (with King beds) share a newly remodeled bathroom. Each garden level bedroom features sliding glass doors that lead out to a private patio with views over the dunes and ocean. Your rental includes a 4 seater golf cart (except for monthly rentals). Many guests park their car upon arrival and use a golf cart as their primary mode of transportation. It's a great way for you to enjoy the scenic beauty of the island. Your rental includes up to 12 guest card, valued at up to $600. These cards are needed to access all resort amenities including golf and tennis, restaurants and bars and swimming pools.
