We do offer Delivery Service within the state of Arizona on a Case by Case

Delivery & Pick Up Charge is $125.00 + $0.65 per mile round trip with a minimum mileage charge of $50.00
Set Up Charge is $75.00
----Rental Period ---
We prefer a minimum rental period of 4 days or more, however we will consider 3 day rentals. Please Call First to Confirm if a three day rental is Available.
----Hours and Days of Operation ---
Our standard days for picking up and or returning a Trailer are Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00AM and 12:00PM.
Pick up or return of a trailer Friday through Sunday is by appointment only.
----Late Returns---
Units that are delivered or picked up by us will be done by appointment only. All renters are required to be at the location at the specified time. Renters will be charged a $25.00 fee per half hour they are late with a minimum charge of $25.00. If the vehicle is abandoned at the site, or the renter fails to be on site during the scheduled pick up appointment, the renter will be charged a minimum penalty of $200.00 which will be deducted from the security deposit.
For tow away rentals the vehicles are picked up and returned by appointment only. A predetermined time will be established at the time of rental. All late returns will be charged fees as follows: Per half hour $50.00 up to the first two hours. After two hours the fee is equal to 1 1/2 days rental.<bR>
Please remember other people may be waiting for the vehicle. Please contact vendor immediately if you are going to be delayed.
---Tow Vehicles----
The GVW for our 26’ Trailer is 4400lbs. Most any Standard pickup or midsized SUV can tow this unit with no troubles. Please note the following requirements for every tow vehicle.
1. Must have a class three receiver Hitch mounted to the frame of the vehicle.
2. Must have an Electronic Brake Control Installed. We can rent these to you but you must be able to install them or have them installed prior to pick up.
3. Standard 7-Way Electrical Plug is required. If you do not have one you can get one installed or in some cases, purchase an adapter.
4. Please note we will provide the Hitch / Hitch Ball, Sway Control and Weight Distribution Bars. Your vehicle height must be able to use this equipment. If you have a lifted vehicle Please Call First
5. We will NOT be held responsible for any damage caused to the tow vehicle.
6. Travel to Mexico is strictly prohibited.
---Battery---
Please note that if your destination does not provide electrical hook ups you may want to consider renting a generator. The Battery life is 2-3days and maybe less if the furnace is in use. Electrical plugs and A/C will not work on Battery. All slide-outs on the trailers require a 12 volt charge to operate. Make sure to keep some battery charge to get the slide back in when your trip is done.
---Service Calls---
Service charge rates start at a minimum $100.00 + a mileage charge of .65 per mile, for the first 30 minutes then billed $50.00 per half hour thereafter. We do not provide service for lost keys or lock outs. You will need to hire a licensed and bonded lock smith.

We do not charge extra for bedding, towels, dishes, etc. they are included in all our rentals because we want everyone who rents from us to enjoy their trip and have all that they need available to them, our concept is kind of like a hotel room on wheels. You just bring your food and clothes. We do the rest.
