Return times before noon Monday – Friday ; if not returned during rental business hours, (this includes evening and weekend returns), you are responsible for the unit until 8am the next business day unless prior arrangements have been made (follow return instructions in rental.). Cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if unit is not returned clean. Prepaid Cleaning Option is available.
Renter is prohibited from using the awning. Use of awning will result in forfeiture of damage deposit. EZup canopies available for rent.
