Contact your personal auto insurance company to verify if coverage will extend over for an RV Rental as primary insurance for the period of this rental. A Binder of Certificate of Insurance will be required and the request form will be forwarded from the Rental Company to your Insurance Company. The binder or certificate of insurance should cover the vehicle and RV Rental Company as an additional insured. In order to satisfy our requirements, the insurance provided will be full coverage to include comprehensive, collision, and liability on a primary basis. The appropriate coverage should be the actual cash value of the RV, and include Manufacturer, Make, Model, Year, Length, VIN number, License number, and gross vehicle weight, which will be sent to you with this reservation confirmation. The limits of liability shall be at least the minimum limits as required by any applicable compulsory or financial responsibility law. Any deductibles shall not exceed $1500.00.
OPTION 2:
If coverage cannot be provided by renters personal insurance company, insurance can be obtained through the dealer’s resources. Details for the motor home to be covered: Insurance effective is from the pick up to the drop off dates. Manufacturer, Make, Model, Year, Length, VIN number, License number, Gross vehicle weight, will be sent to you with this confirmation.
Insurance (Due 48 hours prior to departure) is available from $15.00 to $25.00/day. The policy is purchased online and the web address, policy number and directions will be provided directly by RV owner after the reservation is processed. |

The Road Ready Fee is a one-time FLAT fee that is required on all Motorhome Rentals for Unlimited Generator Use, Full Tank of Propane, Toilet Paper & Chemicals, Full Tank of Fresh Water, Maintenance, Detailed Cleaning & Sanitation before & after each rental.
The Security Deposit is $1,000.00 and is completely separate from the rental charges. Credit Card is preferred for the security deposit, however cash, money order or cashiers check is accepted on the day of pick-up. If using credit card for the Security Deposit, it is authorized only as verification prior to your rental dates and the funds are held in the event that there are damages upon return. If there are damages or any additional charges upon return, the Vendor will have to process whatever amount is necessary after a complete inspection is done on the RV. If the RV is returned with no damages, then no charges will be processed and the security deposit authorization is released. Security Deposits paid with cash, money order or cashiers check will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the return date, as long as there are no damages or additional charges upon return. Please inform Vendor in advance your preferred method of payment for the security deposit.
College Football & Tailgating Fans: We offer Delivery, Set-Up, and Pick-Up Services to Bryant Denny Football Stadium in Tuscaloosa for $125 total round-trip, to Stillman's College in Tuscaloosa for $150 total round trip, and Birmingham Legion Field for $275 total round trip.
Delivery Services Info.:
<b>The RENTAL CUSTOMER IS Completely Responsible for finding and reserving their own RV Parking Space for all Delivery and Pick-up Services that are offered. This information must be submitted to the Agent 5 days prior to the delivery date!!</b>
Rental Customer is also responsible for the cost of GAS that is used to deliver the RV, for Generator Use during the Rental, and to return the RV to our Lot in Northport, AL. The Gas cost will be automatically deducted upon return of the RV from the Customer's Security Deposit, unless payment is arranged in advance. Gas Receipts will be supplied by the Agent upon return from the delivery driver.
Delivery, Set-Up and Pick-Up Services are available @ $3 per mile, each way within 150 miles from our location.
~ All Nascar Races require a 5-night Minimum.
~ Bonnaroo Music Festival in Manchester, TN requires a 7 night minimum.
* Note: Unit is housed in, and must be picked up and returned to Northport, AL.

Sunday: CLOSED (except for Scheduled Returns Only)
Closed on ALL Major Holidays.
Pick-ups and Returns MUST be scheduled in advance with Vendor as well as all RV viewings.
Total Rental Charges and Security Deposits are due prior to pick-up date, unless paying with cash, money order or cashiers check on the day of pick-up. Please inform Vendor in advance your preferred method of payment. All Security Deposits are processed separately thru Vendor.
