If you choose to have your personal insurance as primary insurance for the period of this rental the binder or endorsement should cover the vehicle and RV Owner as an additional insured. In order to satisfy our requirements, the insurance provided will be full coverage to include comprehensive, collision, and liability on a primary basis. The appropriate coverage should be the actual cash value of the RV, and include Manufacturer, Make, Model, Year, Length, VIN number, License number, and gross vehicle weight, which will be sent to you with this reservation confirmation. The limits of liability shall be at least the minimum limits as required by any applicable compulsory or financial responsibility law. Any deductibles shall not exceed $1500.00.
OPTION 2:
If coverage cannot be provided, insurance can be obtained through the dealer’s resources. Details for the motor home to be covered: Insurance effective is from the pick up to the drop off dates. Manufacturer, Make, Model, Year, Length, VIN number, License number, Gross vehicle weight, will be sent to you with this confirmation.
Insurance (Due 48 hours prior to departure) is available from $15.00 to $25.00/day. The policy is purchased online and the web address, policy number and directions will be provided directly by RV owner after the reservation is processed. |

All of our units are "No Smoking." If you do not observe this restriction, we will require a special cleaning fee of no less than $250 to eliminate smoke odors from the coach.
Damage Deposit will only be accepted on a Credit Card charged directly with the RV Owner.
The name on credit card used for damage deposit must match the person who rented the unit or a $25 additional charge will be applied and collected by RV Owner.
RV driver’s name must match the credit card used for rental otherwise an additional driver charge of $25 will be applied to be paid directly to RV owner.
Vehicles are restricted from use in Death Valley and similar desert areas during hot periods and in Manhattan, NY at anytime. Vehicles are not allowed in Mexico and permission is required prior to crossing into Canada.<br><br>Awning:
Each vehicle is equipped with an awning. There is no charge for the use of the awning but we reserve the right to secure an additional deposit<br><br>Dumping Fee:
Holding tanks must be returned empty with the valve cap off and both valve handles pulled out, or we will charge a $50 dump fee for motorhomes and $80 fee for travel trailers<br><br>Cleaning:
The renter is responsible to return the unit thoroughly cleaned inside and out so that it is ready to go out on the next rental. A cleaning fee of not less than $125 will be charged if the renter doesn't return the unit cleaned. The renter does not have to refill the water or propane.<br><br>Fuel:
Customers depart with a full tank of prepaid gas or diesel, and must return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. A charge of $25.00 as well as gas at double the market fuel rate (per gallon) will be charged and taken from the damage deposit for units not returned with a full tank of fuel.
