Unit must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, gasoline full, propane full and holding tanks empty.
<b>Awning Warning: The unit has a patio awning, which must be rolled up when leaving the camper unattended. If it rains, water pools up and can damage the awning. Renter is responsible for awning damage as well as any and all damage which occurs while the unit is out.</b>
Important Note: Make sure to Check the oil levels on the engine and the generator and keep full to avoid any charges. If the unit is returned with oil levels below the "add" mark, a minimum of $50 will be kept from the deposit.
The vehicle is to be clean and the tanks dumped upon return. Vendor charges a minimum of $50 for cleanup.
