If you choose to have your personal insurance as primary insurance for the period of this rental the binder or endorsement should cover the vehicle and RV Owner as an additional insured. In order to satisfy our requirements, the insurance provided will be full coverage to include comprehensive, collision, and liability on a primary basis. The appropriate coverage should be the actual cash value of the RV, and include Manufacturer, Make, Model, Year, Length, VIN number, License number, and gross vehicle weight, which will be sent to you with this reservation confirmation. The limits of liability shall be at least the minimum limits as required by any applicable compulsory or financial responsibility law. Any deductibles shall not exceed $1500.00.
OPTION 2:
If coverage cannot be provided, insurance can be obtained through the dealer’s resources. Details for the motor home to be covered: Insurance effective is from the pick up to the drop off dates. Manufacturer, Make, Model, Year, Length, VIN number, License number, Gross vehicle weight, will be sent to you with this confirmation.
Insurance (Due 48 hours prior to departure) is available from $15.00 to $20.00/day. The policy is purchased online and the web address, policy number and directions will be provided directly by RV owner after the reservation is processed. Note: Your insurance binder should start the day before departure and end the day after returning the motor home.
Damage caused by striking overhead objects and/or undercarriage, as well as damage to tires, wheels, hubcaps, awnings, and windshields are considered misuse, carelessness, or negligence and are not covered by insurance. Insurance does not cover renter's personal property. |

Housekeeping Kit and Kitchen Kit are included in rental rate and includes the following: Queen Size Bed Spread; 6 Queen Size Sheets & Pillow Cases;1 Queen Size Mattress Cover Pad; and 6 Pillows. 4 Bath Towels; 4 Hand Towels; 4 Wash Cloths; and 2 Sink Towels. Coffee Pot; Toaster; Place Setting for 4; can Opener; Untilities for Cooking; 4 Glasses; Pots & Pans with Lids; First Aid Kit.
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 8:00PM Saturday and Sunday 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
Motor home may be picked up after 4:00PM the day before at no extra charge.
A $25/hour late fee will be charged if motor home is not returned by 4:00PM.
Cleaning Fee of $100 if vehicle is not returned clean. Dumping Fee of $75 if tanks must be emptied upon return.
If the seals on the awning are broken without prior authorization from the vendor there will be a $25 charge. |
