If you choose to have your personal insurance as primary insurance for the period of this rental the binder or endorsement should cover the vehicle and RV Owner as an additional insured. In order to satisfy our requirements, the insurance provided will be full coverage to include comprehensive, collision, and liability on a primary basis. The appropriate coverage should be the actual cash value of the RV, and include Manufacturer, Make, Model, Year, Length, VIN number, License number, and gross vehicle weight, which will be sent to you with this reservation confirmation. The limits of liability shall be at least the minimum limits as required by any applicable compulsory or financial responsibility law. Limit - $500.
OPTION 2:
If coverage cannot be provided, insurance can be obtained through the dealer’s resources. Details for the motor home to be covered: Insurance effective is from the pick up to the drop off dates. Manufacturer, Make, Model, Year, Length, VIN number, License number, Gross vehicle weight, will be sent to you with this confirmation.
Insurance (Due 48 hours prior to departure) is available from $15.00 to $25.00/day. The policy is purchased online and the web address, policy number and directions will be provided directly by RV owner after the reservation is processed. |

Holding tanks should be empty upon return. If you are not able to empty the holding tanks a $50 fee will be charged.
Unit should be clean upon return. If it is not clean, a cleaning fee of $99 will be charged. Additional charges will apply for excessively dirty/damaged carpet, dirty/damaged furniture, pets, and smoking.
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in any unit. Failure to compy will result in automatic forfeiture of entire deposit plus all related cleaning charges and odor removal if determined that smoking has occurred either by the renter or someone associated with the renter. This includes cigarette smoke, smoke from campfire, or any other type of odor that is excessive.
Access to the vehicle roof is NOT PERMITTED. Renter is responsible for all roof damage. There will be a minimum fine of $250 if renter accesses the roof for non-maintenance reasons.
Vehicles are restricted from use in Death Valley and similar desert areas during hot periods. Vehicles are not allowed in Manhattan, NY; Canada or Mexico.
All units are to be returned by 11 am on the last day of the contract. There are no refunds or credits on early returns.
Holidays and Special Events require a 4 night minumum.
Bonnaroo requires a 7 Night minimum. Bonnaroo requires a $1500 Deposit.
