There will be a deep cleaning charge of $200 if unit is brought back excessively soiled or if there is evidence of smoking.
The winterization fee only applies if unit is rented from November-February.
When unit is returned, tanks need to be dumped. If they are not, a $50 charge will apply.
When unit is returned, fuel and propane tanks need to be at the same level they were at the time unit was initially rented. Otherwise, a $50 charge will apply in addition to the cost of the propane and gas required to bring unit up to pre-rent levels.
Nascar requires 7 night minimum. Bonnaroo requires 5 night minimum.
Pick up/return times can be flexible.
