No pickups prior to 12 noon day of arrival.
All units are to be returned by 11 am on the last day of the contract. There are no refunds or credits on early returns.
Unit should be clean upon return. If it is not clean, a cleaning fee of $99 will be charged. Additional charges will apply for excessively dirty/damaged carpet, dirty/damaged furniture, pets, and smoking.
Access to the vehicle roof is NOT PERMITTED. Renter is responsible for all roof damage. There will be a minimum fine of $250 if renter accesses the roof for non-maintenance reasons.
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in unit. Failure to comply will result in automatic forfeiture of entire deposit plus all related cleaning charges and odor removal if determined that smoking has occurred either by the renter or someone associated with the renter. This includes cigarette smoke, smoke from campfire, or any other type of odor that is excessive.
There are minimum night requirements during holidays and special events. Holidays and Special Events may be subject to a higher rental rate. Holidays and Special Events include: NASCAR Weekends (5 Night) Memorial Day(5 Night)Bonaroo (7 Night) Independence Day(5 Night) Labor Day(4 Night) Thanksgiving(5 Night) Christmas(5 Night) New Years(5 Night).
All other holidays and special events require a 4 Night minimum. |
