Property Description

This is one of the most luxurious condos in Incline Village. This 2-bedroom sanctuary, which sleeps 5, was recently remodeled. It is located within walking distance of the new lake trail. The finest furnishings, linens, towels, and pillows are available to guests.

This unit is not able to accommodate pets, including service dogs, due to the allergies of the owner.

This upper level corner unit, with its unique location and 180-degree views of the forest, is flooded by natural light. A five-star experience.


The space

We are open and ready to welcome you in this luxurious, clean 2-bedroom with a king-size in one bedroom, and queen-on -queen bunks for the second. Our professional cleaning crew ensures that the highest standards of cleanliness are met; surfaces are sanitized and duvet covers are freshly laundered. Crisp hotel quality linens provide a true resort feel within the comforts at home.

We have thought of everything you might need for a vacation rental, so you don't need to! In case you forgot something, you can use the hair dryers and bathroom amenities including shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen is stocked up with olive oil, vinegar, dressings, and condiments in single-serving sizes. If you need to wash your clothes during your stay, laundry soap is available. A Bluetooth speaker is available for music and can be easily paired with your smartphone. Spectrum 400 mbps WiFi is available throughout the condo.

Guest access

While you are staying with us, our home is your home. We ask that you follow the community rules and leave the hot tub at the end of the day.

The hotel will open at 9pm and provide guests with an access code (don't forget the key, the penalty is $100).
