Our private facilities are available exclusively to Sea Horse Ranch homeowners and guests: tennis center, equestrian center, beaches, jogging trails, ocean front pools and our spectacular beachfront clubhouse for sunset dining and romancing. Everything you expect from a five-star resort.
This elegant four bedroom, five bathroom Ocean View Villa (# 109), resplendently blends casual Caribbean architecture and Mediterranean inspired design with dramatic roof lines and graceful silhouettes. The stately foyer opens to the ample living room and refreshing aqua views of the lap size swimming pool and reflection pond. Native white coral floors in the bedrooms are enhanced by rich cherry wood floors in the living room and mahogany thresholds, windows and doors. The living room unfolds onto terrace colonnade that wraps around the villa for poolside relaxing and alternative dining al fresco on crisp white coral stone floors. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel Viking appliances with BBQ and opens to a formal dining room that accesses the terrace.
Two second floor master suites are privately located at each extreme of the villa and feature white ceramic spa inspired bathrooms with his and her vanities, bathtub, shower and king bed. Master suites provide extensive ocean views and fresh northern cross-breezes. One of the masters includes an exotic open air shower, an enormous walk-in closet and a private sunning deck. The first floor guest suites are well designed for privacy and each has a private terrace for enjoying the surrounding tropical environment, one has a queen and the other two twin beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and all closets are cedar lined. Ample service quarters located off the kitchen next to the well organized laundry room. A 2 car port accesses kitchen and service quarters via a stone walking path. Located in the distinguished Las Olas area, this villa truly exemplifies “Fine Caribbean Living”.
