Our beautiful, modern, canal-front condo is close to the USA but a world away on exotic Grand Bahama island! Caribbean sunshine and clear, crystal blue water await you. Secluded in a private small gated enclave with 24 hour security patrol on a deep water canal with own dock. The tennis court and pool are just outside the door. It is but a short, five minute stroll to your nearly private beach while nearby are the golf courses, diving reefs, world class sport fishing, shopping, and casinos that make Grand Bahama famous!
This spacious, high ceiling, three bedroom, two and a half bath condo is fully appointed including a master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite marble bath with two-person jacuzzi, laundry facilities, and sleeps six quite comfortably. Relax on the patio with its own paddle fan lulling you to sleep; also the perfect place to enjoy your favorite Caribbean drink while watching the sun go down. Management is available onsite to answer questions and address problems if they should happen to arise.
Play tennis, sit by the pool, or wander down to the beach to collect shells. For the boater or diver you can tie up right outside the condo at our private dock (included in price) with dock side electricity (nominal surcharge). Feel your aching muscles recover in the Jacuzzi after a day of snorkeling, diving, golf, or sightseeing!
Forget your cares on Grand Bahama with its easy access from the USA and the rest of the Caribbean via its brand new airport terminal. One of the longest runways in the world allows jet service from many cities in the USA. An exotic vacation experience just minutes from the United States.
