Ten minutes from the Sunday River Ski Resort Area; one and a half hours from the Atlantic Ocean; 45 minutes from North Conway Shopping Outlets {LL BEAN}; and 45 minutes from Mount Washington Cog Railway.
Wide variety of hikes in White Mountain National Forest. Excellent swimming and fishing. Beautiful Fall Foliage. Or just enjoy doing nothing in our Cobble Mountain swinging chair by the fireplace.

I just wanted to write to tell you that we had a wonderful time at your lakefront home this past weekend. We intended to ski but unfortunately it rained hard on Sat and then was too cold and windy on Sun and Mon. Given that we were cabin-bound, we were glad to have such a nice place to stay. Doing these things on line can be so risky that I did not know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised and made the most of a ski weekend that turned out to be a bust. Of particular note, we are huge cribbage fans, so the homemade board and pieces were a real treat, though I was skunked twice. In closing, let me just say that we enjoyed your home very much and would consider doing it again. Peter
