Sea View Villa (SVV) is nestled on the Colombier hillside. It has a sweeping view over the countryside, the ocean and the neighboring islands of Statia and St. Kitts. Charming dècor; light, bright and fresh. The living room has comfortable sky blue sofas and dark wooden furniture. The adjoining inside dining room seats six and is conveniently located next to the kitchen. All of these rooms open on to the covered terrace where there is a second outside dining area with teak table and chairs and the pool. The two bedrooms are equal in size and situated at opposite ends of the villa. Each bedroom has ensuite bathrooms. This villa is very pretty and functional, built in the traditional style.
SPECIAL NOTE: the care taker lives on property.
This villa rents for the list price over Thanksgiving, there are no breakdown rates.
