Offering lavish ocean views of Hermosa’s lovely volcanic sand beach, Sol y Mar is nestled in a restful, tropical and secluded setting. Lush landscaping creates an ambiance of elegance and tranquility, which guests can enjoy while lounging near the pool area or from the seclusion of their private patios. The pool area includes a large main pool, as well as a jacuzzi and a smaller children’s pool for our younger guests.
The guarded complex provides reserved parking and 24 hour security.
There are total of three separate three story buildings. Most of the units have ocean views. Some have both ocean and pool views and others have garden views. They are all perfect for your Costa Rican holiday. The architectural design is Balinese Tropical. The exterior facades have tremendous character which is combined with extensive landscaping to create an ambiance of elegance and tranquility.
All of the condominiums are three bedrooms, three full bathrooms with two master bedrooms. The showers of the two master bedrooms have a wonderful built in garden feature that makes them truly unique. The interior design provides for an abundance of natural light. The large expansive living rooms, kitchens and dining rooms are complimented by spacious terraces. The main terraces have built in barbecues with a small wet bar areas.
