In the romantic ligurian countryside of Riviera di Levante, on the top of a hill that overlooks the landscape, among olive and chestnut trees, there is "The Knoll"
The villa, built up 100 years ago by an old genoa Family that has used the ardersian stones extracted exploding the ridge of the hill for the building, has a plateau in front of the entrance and has acquired a new life after being carefully renovated saving the beauties and authenticity of the original structure. It is a charming residence in which six Guests can fit in a comfortable way. The rooms, the internal stairs, the floors and the fireplace keep the old charme and they make you think that in this place the time has stopped.
"The Knoll" has an area of 180 m2. and it is only 5 km. far from the sea (10 minutes by car). It is, moreover, only 8 km. far from Camogli, 12 km. from Rapallo and Santa Margherita Ligure and 16 km. from Portofino, 20 km. from Genova and 25 km. from "Cristoforo Colombo" airport. The highway is quite close to (5 km) and within easy to reach are the golf area in Rapallo (18 holes), the tennis clubs and the horse ranches.
To reach the villa, You can leave the car on the free parking place and take the 150 m. alley to the entrance.
"The Knoll", surrounded by 3.500 m2. of olive-grove, offers to the Guests large spaces outdoors with ample facilities (about 1.500 m2.) with an outside Jacuzzi (for 4/6 people) and all kinds of confort.
The ancient furniture and the different room highs create a charming atmosphere.
On the ground floor, from the hall, where there is the Family crest, you enter:
- on the right, in two lounges with ancient furniture and persian carpets. It is a perfect place to watch television, to read or to drink a glass of wine.
- on the left, the dining room with a nice open fireplace decorated with ancient neapolitan tiles of 17th century and a large round table and chairs with straw, from which you enter a great kitchen perfectly furnished.
- in front, there is a bathroom (with bathing tub)
On the high floor, where you arrive with an easy stairway with ardesian steps, there are:
- three double-rooms
- a large leaving room
- the second bathroom (with shower)

In the above mentioned prices are included:
the gardener service (cleaning and watering of the garden)
towels and bedding (1 change per 7 days)
Credit cards and cheques cannot be accepted, only CASH.
At the moment of booking it is requested a 30% account of the amount and, at arriving, a deposit of € 500,00. This will be paid back at the end of the stay deducting the final cleaning and the charges for gas, water and electricity.
If any damage will be caused to the house or to the furniture, it must be paid to the owner, or another person by him authorised, before leaving.
