In Ozark Mountain Country along the shore of Bull Shoals Lake you will find this unique dude and guest ranch nestled among beautiful scenery and abundant wildlife. The Edwards family has owned and operated Turkey Creek Ranch for nearly 50 years, making memorable ranch vacations their priority. Through careful planning and hard work, they have turned Turkey Creek Ranch into a lake resort with a dude ranch flavor. As your hosts, the Edwards family knows how to make your vacation something truly memorable. They have something for just about anyone!
Horses and cattle are part of any ranch and Turkey Creek has these as well as their own brand - the Swimming T. This 700-acre cattle ranch is set deep in the Ozarks hills along the shores of Bull Shoals Lake. Kids love seeing baby animals and adults love partaking in some of the ranch work, but horseback riding always seems to be one of the favorite activities enjoyed by guests. Turkey Creek has a string of Western pleasure saddle horses, including several BLM mustangs, for guests riding enjoyment. Scenic trails wind through the hills and along the lakeshore. These paths double as nature trails for hikers and challenging rides for mountain bikers. You’ll see splendid views of dogwood and redbud in the spring, native wildflowers in summer and the "Ozarks Flaming Fall Revue" come autumn.
If you want a vacation with beautiful scenery, lots to do, comfortable accommodations, and a friendly folks- then this place is for you! Accommodations Cabins are well kept, comfortable and modern. They accommodate one to ten persons. Each has a BBQ grill, picnic table, screened porch, and air-conditioning. Amenities consist of things you need for housekeeping: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soaps, and bed/bath/kitchen linens. For your convenience there are also such things such as a coffee maker, toaster and color TV.

Housekeeping Cottages:
The deluxe cottages have two to five bedrooms, at least two bathrooms, a master suite and central air-conditioning. These cabins are great for big families, vacationing with friends, or just wanting lots of room to spread out.
The standard cottages have two to three bedrooms, a full bath and air-conditioning. These are great for smaller families, couples and retirees.
The casitas are roomy efficiencies (studios) that sleep two to four people, have air-conditioning, two queen beds, full kitchen, dining and living areas, plus a large bathroom. There is a deck-style porch and picnic area with BBQ grills and picnic tables.
Dining The cabins and casitas have full kitchens with microwave, range, etc., plus BBQ grills for cookouts. Don't want to cook? Check in the office for local dining out options.

Conference Facilities During the spring and fall seasons the ranch can accommodate groups of up to 50 people. The large rec room can be used for meetings and presentations.
Children's Programs Children are welcome, but are the full responsibility of parents as there is no separate children's program. The playground and kiddie pool are popular, as are pony rides for children too young for trail rides. Babysitting can be arranged with advance notice.
