Spectacular ocean view see all the way to Monterey located in the quaint village of Aptos over-looking the beach of seacliff. Get away from the congestion, noise, limited parking and crowded homes on the sand, but just 5 minutes from the sand, by a set of stairs. Be above it all! Private and spacious surrounded by oak trees and ferns. This two story home has cathedral ceilings and a open floor plan. On the first level is the very modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and is separated from the living room with a bar and bar stools, so you can chat with the chef while enjoying a glass of wine from the many wineries in the area. The kitchen has a ice machine, gas stove, microwave, disposal, large fridge, coffee maker, toaster and anything else you might need. The living room has a large jean sectional sofa with a lounge chair attached, a very tasteful recliner, and other comfortable chairs. There is a 32 inch TV, gas fireplace, phone, stereo, VCR and a DVD player. A large bookcase filled with many books and games. There is a small deck, but big enough for 2 lounge chairs, table and deck chairs. All the rooms on this level face the ocean and have a great ocean view. The large dining table has 6 chairs and 2 folding chairs and can seat up to 8 persons comfortably. There is a full bath on this level. We have many oil paintings left over from our art business to enjoy. Downstairs in the hall is a desk, chair, high speed internet and phone. There are 3 of 4 bedrooms, all with queen size beds, dressing table, chair and large closets. Two of them have a great ocean view. Off the bedrooms is the hottub and is covered with a glass atrium. The bathroom on this level has a shower, bathtub, double kohler sinks shaped likea shell. One if these bedrooms also has a TV. Seperating the main house by a large glass covered patio with table, chairs and a gas BBQ, perfect for morning breakfast is the guest cottage. Very romantic witha kingsize canopy bed, gas fireplace, skylight, phone, TV and VCR. There is a large closet abd full bathroom witha shower and bathtub. We are new in the area and reasonably priced, while we build up our guest list. We love "The Tides of Life" and we hope you do too.
