Well maintained home (4 years old) used to be owners home. This is a golfers retreat and a perfect family vacation. Enough to keep you and your whole family busy inside and outside. Enjoy playing pool while watching the golfers go by or curl up in the theatre seating and watch a movie. Dine under the tiki lights in your screened in porch that opens to the large deck.
Books and board games available for those rainy days. Movie rental store close by and pizza delivery is just a phone call away. Two large swimming pools (toddler pools too), great gym or use the two bikes to ride through the neighborhood.

Nov-Mar $200/night (2 night minimum)..$600/3 day weekends..$850/week.
Apr-Jun....$850/3 day weekends..$1550/week.
Jul-Sep....$1000/3 day weekends..$1850/week.
October....$750/3 day weekends..$1100/week.
Additional $150 Non-refundable security deposit for guests with pets.
$50 fee to have linens provided.
50% of payment required to reserve; final 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit of $250 due with inital payment at time of reservation. Refundable within 30 days after departure.
