The Casa Boco property is made up of a three bedroom main house and a guest house with two studio apartments. At this St. Maarten villa you can rent just what you need for your vacation accommodations. Choose one, two, or three bedrooms in the main house; one of the studios in the Casa Boco guest house; or rent the entire five bedroom, five bath St. Maarten vacation villa to accommodate all of your family and friends. Villa rental rates are based upon the number of people in your party and the St. Maarten tourist season.
We ask that you not smoke in our beautiful Casa Boco and that all tobacco use be confined to outside areas only. The entire Casa Boco vacation villa property, both main and guest houses, is air conditioned for your comfort.

The entire lovely St. Maarten vacation home can be rented as a five bedroom villa for 6 to 10 people. The three bedrooms of the villa main house contain a roomy king and two queen-size beds. Each studio apartment includes either double twins or a king size bed. A blow up mattress is available for an extra overnight guest. The main house features a spacious combination kitchen and living room for your guests to relax in. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the dinnerware and utensils you will need for your St. Maarten villa vacation. Casa Boco can also be divided into separate units. The three bedroom and three bath main house can be rented by itself. Rent what you need with this versatile St. Maarten luxury villa. Prices vary according to the number in your party and how many bedrooms of the villa are needed for your St. Maarten villa vacation.
All of the bedrooms in both the Casa Boco main and guest house are air conditioned for your sleeping comfort. A telephone is available in each villa rental unit for making local calls and receiving long distance calls. Maid service is provided 6 days per week, with the exception of government holidays. Cable TV and other entertainment extras are available in each villa unit for your viewing pleasure.
