Magnificent views of the tidal marsh with its many birds, the Atlantic Ocean and Hunting Island are available from much of this marsh-front, ocean-view beach house, even from the kitchen! There are screened-in porches, decks, a modern kitchen, mostly hardwood floors, wireless internet, free long-distance calling, and a large flat-screen television for your enjoyment in this 4 BR (two king-size), 3 BA home. And there is a no-smoking, no-pets policy to keep the atmosphere fresh. The beach is about 8 minutes away walking (less if you take the red golf car available to rent for $150/week) and there is a great neighborhood pool just down the street. This is an enchanted place to relax by the sea! This house IS available to rent for a minimum of 3 nights in the spring, fall, and winter months and 4 night minimum on holidays.
