Georgetown is the Exumas' quaint, hilly capital. Overlooking colourful Elizabeth Harbour, it provides all the services a visitor might need, from supply stores and a medical clinic to diving and game-fishing outfitters, to straw markets and shops. A walk of Georgetown's friendly, bougainvillea-draped streets brings you into a world far from the noise and stresses of 20th century life. Here, no one has ever died of a heart attack. There is no traffic, no stop lights, and no crime. In Exuma, people don't even lock their doors.
Though the small island hotels certainly don't lack for visitors, in the Exuma Bahamas, there are no resort strips, no ugly malls, no fast food chains and no tourist hoards. The Exuma Bahama islands are just mile upon mile of unspoiled powder-soft beaches, sparkling, emerald waters and perfect azure skies.
World Class Resort Destination
Today Great Exuma and February Point in particular is rapidly becoming one of the hottest destinations in The Bahamas real estate market. With direct daily connections to Nassau or Miami, the new Exuma international airport offers convenient air links to most major centres in the Americas, Europe and Asia. A world class marina at Elizabeth Harbour in Georgetown welcomes boats from all over the world and has helped make the Exumas the yachting capital of The Bahamas. Moreover, since the opening of the Four Seasons resort, Greg Norman 18 hole golf course and Casino at Emerald Bay, the Island of Great Exuma offers a perfect balance of sophistication and un-spoiled Natural beauty.

“I have never seen such beautiful water in my life... February Point is unbelievable…”

This truly is a Tropical Paradise!
Our family of seven had the most wonderful week enjoying the beautiful beaches, snorkeling, bathing and just relaxing. Your home is wonderful and we were all very comfortable here- We even enjoyed thanksgiving together- conch burgers/cheese burgers at Dora’s – Not traditional, but wonderful none the less.
Everyone was friendly & accommodating and we only wished we could stay forever.
This was our first trip to Exuma, but I have a feeling it won’t be our last!
Marcus (7) enjoyed seeing stingrays & barracudas the best
Emma(5) enjoyed petting the poodle & seeing the stingrays, and collecting conch shells
Thanks for your wonderful home.

I will return hopefully to buy some property and a beautiful house like yours. This is my last day.
Came here with my cousin Dan and his wife Millecent and their daughter Taylor and her two friends Tori and Lindsay. Thanks for sharing your home!
