A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the start of the rental. A rental confirmation will be provided upon receipt of the deposit and completed rental agreement. Reservations not paid in full by the due date are subject to cancellation. Payment may be paid by cheque (Canadian or U.S. banks) or by credit card through PayPal.

This 1,200-square-foot Puerto Escondido vacation house sleeps four in two air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite, the
second bedroom has two twin beds.
The fully-equipped kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and
several other appliances. Other amenities include washer and dryer, swimming pool, TV and DVD player, Apple iPod and stereo IPod player, telephone and even an iron and an ironing board. Upstairs is a very
large rooftop deck and palapa with barbecue. Maid service three times a week is included.
