You can visit the Pike Place Market in Seattle or take a 2-hour drive to Vancouver, B.C. Portland, Oregon is 2 1/2 hours to the south on I-5. The property is minutes away from Hwy 512 for access to all major freeways. Mchord Airforce Base and Fort Lewis are 20-30 minutes away as well. The perfect central location of this property is great for visiting all points of western Washington.
With the many wineries throughout the state and the skiing opportunities at Crystal Mountain, Snoqualmie Pass, and Mt. Rainier you cannot get a better location.
The September Puyallup Fair is one of the largest in the country lasting 3 weeks. Do not forget the Daffodil Parade in April that runs through Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner, and Orting, Washington.
