Welcome to the Kamaole Beach Royale Resort, located off one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Maui. The roof-top offers visitors a great view of the Pacific Ocean is perfect for whale watching and star-gazing at night. Kamaole Beach Royale Resort is a quality establishment which is still offering extremely competitive prices. Our roof-top garden is perfect for BBQ'ing and meeting new friends. Maui is noted as one of the best spots in the world for star-gazing, and the view from the roof is no exception.
With sweeping ocean views, the roof-top garden is perfect for whale watching. Humpback whales can be seen most times of the year from our patio.
The pool offers a great spot to cool off. Surrounded by a lush garden , the pool area is both a perfect spot to relax, bask in the sun, or play a round of shuffleboard!
Kamaole Beach No. 1 is located just across the street and offers the best spot on the island for swimming, walking, or sunbathing. Enjoy the 3/4 mile of sandy beach on-site. Wind-surfing, snorkeling, and diving are all very popular in the area.

On request, the resort will arrange for affordable rental autos. Ocean front units at the Royal Mauian are also available upon request.

Beyond the beach, the view west offers spectacular sunsets and great whale watching opportunities (all of our units have a westward view!). In the distance, you can also see the islands of Lanai, Kahoolawe, and Molikini Crater.
Since the resort is centrally located, it is just minutes away from restaurants, shops, scuba diving, surfing spots, snorkeling, golf courses, and tennis courts. Paths down South Kihei Road are great for walking, running, cycling and rollerblading.
While visiting, take advantage of all the island has to offer... a short drive will get you shopping in historic Lahaina, on a whale watching expedition, a snorkel cruise, riding a bike down the Haleakala Crater or exploring the Ioa Valley.
