Horseshoe pits with horseshoes and a Bean Bag game are provided. A mountain stream runs right by the house into a pond that is situated at the front of the house. The pond is also home to domesticated ducks and geese.
Cedar House lies in a meadow with easy access, and adjacent to, National Forestland. Enjoy the trails for hiking, four-wheeling or snowmobiling. Mickelson Trail and Lead Golf Course are within 1/2 mile.
The house is decorated in a beautiful rustic decor and comes completely furnished for your comfort (this does include towels and linens). 5 bedrooms are provided - all with new queen size beds. The home will sleep 10 comfortably and there is ample room for air mattresses or sleeping bags.
Our location is ideal for vacations or just getting away for a few days. We are located in the Northern Black Hills at an elevation of 6,000 feet. The Cedar House is right on the snowmobile trails, so no trailering is needed from your home. Terry Peak is 15 minutes away. Deadwood, with all its rich history, dining establishments and gambling, is also 15 minutes away. Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse Monuments are 45 minutes away.
