The Sint Maarten Sea Palace is located in the heart of Philipsburg, the Dutch Capitol of Sint Maarten. This small timeshare property has just 32 units. The beach is in the back of the resort. Most units offer either oceanfront or ocean views.
Resort Description:
This one bedroom unit has a large bedroom with queen bed. There are two sleeper sofas in the living room. The unit has a full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, and cook top as well as cooking utensils and dishes. Linens and towels are furnished. There is a safe in the bedroom to store valuables. Internet access is available as well as Cable Television. There is also one full bath and one half bath. The unit can be looked off for privacy.

Property Activities
The beach is behind the resort and guests can request beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for use at no charge at the front desk. Duty free shopping is available on Front Street as well as numerous restaurants, casinos and water sports. No car is needed as everything is close by. Just take a tax from the airport. There is a bus available should one wish to go to Marigot on the French side of the island. Daily car rentals are available and arrangements can be made at the Sea Palace.There is a Monday morning guest meeting that will outline various island tours and boating excursions that can be arranged during the week.
