It has a washer and dryer, an enclosed two car garage, fully furnished full size kitchen. Coffee maker, toaster,dishes, pots and pans, etc. beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and all bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided. BBQ and dining table on the deck. Master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV with TIVO and DVD player. Second bedroom has a queen and twin bed and TV with a DVD. The living room has a stereo, TV with TIVO and DVD/VHS player. The home has 2 1/2 bathrooms. Winter Rates, (except holidays) $1200 per week. Summer Rates, $2100 per week. Utilities, $75. Gate Pass, $40. Cleaning, $150. Minimum 7 night stay, Maximum 5 people.
