Nestled into the beautiful Missouri hillside overlooking Bull Shoals Lake, this very clean, quiet and private home is available for all kinds of vacations: romantic getaways, family vacations, Sabbaticals, and fishing/hunting trips. A three minute walk down a secluded footpath will take you right to the water's edge at the swimming area. The beautifully landscaped one acre has a natural ambiance and abounds with deer, wild turkeys, and rare birds. It is bordered on two sides by Corps of Engineers protected woodland.
Neat freaks and allergic people alike will delight in the meticulous attention to cleanliness in this 1200 square foot home. YOU WON'T FIND ANY MOLD OR PET HAIR HERE!
Located about 75 minutes from Branson, MO, this vacation home features 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry, fireplace, large deck overlooking the lake, 50-foot carport and patio, and easily accessible public boat launch. Kayaks are available for rental.
Dock slips and boats are available for nightly rental at a nearby marina.

Cash, Checks, & Money Orders are Accepted. Open all year. Rates are for up to seven guests. Additional guests are $7 per day.
Memorial Day thru Labor Day: $200 per night, 4 night minimum. Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks, $200. Other dates, $140 per night. Two night minumum.
Smoking permitted outdoors only.
Dogs are $10 each per day.
A $250 deposit is required to hold your reservation.

"A Corner Lot in Paradise" is exactly that..."paradise." It was quiet, serene and the view is awesome. We spent a week there and everything we needed was right there in the house (except food:>). Nothing like taking a walk down to the lake and just breathing in the beauty of this area or watching the wild turkeys stroll through the back yard every morning. The house was clean, spacious and loved that back deck overlooking the lake. There was onen problem with our stay--we couldn't stay LONGER! We will definitely return there.
