Stella Maris is the perfect Destin home for families. It is located in Destin Pointe. Stella Maris features three bedrooms and a study with a queen and sofa sleeper. It also has three bathrooms and can sleep ten people in absolute comfort. The main floor houses the Living Room, Dining Area and Kitchen. There is also a Laundry Room, a Guest Bedroom, a Full Bathroom and ONE Half Bathroom. The French Doors will lead you to the Guest Bedroom on your right and the Half Bathroom on the left. The Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Area and Kitchen are straight ahead. The main floor Guest Bedroom has a queen bed, a HDTV and DVD player, as well as a large closet and a private bathroom. French doors lead to the Front Porch. The bathroom has a unique vanity and a combination bathtub/shower. The Living Room and Kitchen are located beyond the Guest Bedroom. The Living Room features a large, wall-mounted HDTV with surround sound, two couches and two wicker chairs. There are also two sets of French doors that lead to the vast Deck on the main floor. The Laundry Room, which houses a full-size washer and dryer, is located on one side of Kitchen. On the other side of Kitchen, you'll find the Dining Area with a large wooden rectangular dining table that can seat eight people. The Dining Table is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while you eat. You will find the remaining Guest Bedrooms, Study, Master Bedroom Suites, and one Guest Bathroom on the second floor. There are two Guest Bedrooms at the top of the stairs. The one on the right has two Queen beds, a flat-screen HDTV mounted on a wall, a DVD player and a large closet. The French doors lead to the balcony that is shared with the Study on your left. The Study on the left has a queen bed, a sofa that doubles up as a Full-size Sofa Sleeper, a TV and a DVD player, and French doors leading to the shared balcony. You will reach the Guest Bathroom by passing the Guest Bedrooms on Second Floor. This Full Bathroom is accessible via the hallway on the second floor. It features a unique vanity and a walk-in shower. The Master Bedroom Suite is located at the end on the second floor. This suite is suitable for a king. The Master Bedroom features a large screen HDTV, DVD Player and a raised ceiling. It also has a King-size bed and two sets French doors leading to the private balcony. The Master Bathroom is huge and includes a large walk-in closet, two granite vanities, a walk-in tile shower and a spa tub. The Spa tub is surrounded with huge windows that give you a stunning view of Destin Pointe, the Gulf of Mexico and the Jetties.
