Property Description

Sandpiper Cove 2138 is your beachside paradise. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom property sleeps six people comfortably and easily. The Kitchen is located on the second floor. It features authentic tiled counter tops, a new refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as all the necessary dishesware and pots. The Dining Area is located adjacent to the Kitchen. It has a new dining set for four people and bar seating for two more. The Living Area is located next to the Kitchen. The Living Area has tiled flooring, an Area Rug, new living room furniture, including a sofa that can double as a Queen Sofa Sleeper and two plush chairs. It also has a smart cast flat screen HDTV with 70 inches, a DVD player, and access the condoas balcony. The two bedrooms are located down the hallway from the Living Area. The Master Bedroom features a King Size bed, a flat-screen HDTV, a DVD player, and a make-up vanity. It also has access to the balcony. The Master Bathroom is separate from the bedroom and features a tiled vanity as well as a combination bathtub/shower. The Guest Bedroom features a Queen Size bed as well as a flat-screen HDTV. The Guest Bathroom is accessible from the Guest Bedroom, or the hallway. It has a tiled vanity, a bathtub/shower combination, and can be accessed via the Guest Bedroom. The balcony is the best place in the house. The Balcony houses a dining table for four and two lounging seats perfect for sunbathing. The balcony has a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico's emerald-green waters. The condo is located on the beach and only a few minutes walk to the water. You will find a washer and dryer in the condo and wireless internet access. Sandpiper Cove amenities include five swimming pool, a nine-hole par three golf course and lighted tennis courts. There is also a beach bar that is open during season. You will return to this property for many years if you book it once.

An additional $100 plus tax is required for any dog less than 35 pounds. Sandpiper Cove also collects a $10 fee on-site. At check-in, current shot records must be provided. Sandpiper Cove is pet-friendly, but pets are not permitted on the beach. Pets are not allowed on beaches in Destin/Okaloosa County
