Condo is pet-friendly - A dog less than 25 pounds is permitted at this property for an additional $100 plus tax. Sandpiper Cove also collects a $10 fee on-site. At check-in, current shot records must be provided. Sandpiper Cove is pet-friendly, but pets are not permitted on the beach. Pets are not allowed on beaches in Destin/Okaloosa County Sandpiper Cove Studio 8147 sleeps 4 guests in privacy, comfort, and is only a 15-second walk from the pool. It is also a 2-minute walk from Sandpiper Covea's private beach. Sandpiper Cove Studio8147 is unique because of its built-in bedroom, HDTV and HD Cable, as well as the large, wall-mounted HDTV with HD Cable in the Living Room and BluRay player in it. The Kitchen has been renovated with stainless-steel appliances, and an abundance of granite counter-space. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. It has a bathtub/shower combination and an extendable shower head. You will find the Kitchen and Dining Area by walking forward. The Dining Area has a small table for two and the Kitchen has bar seating for up to two more. The stunning kitchen has been completely remodeled and includes all the necessary appliances, dishesware, pots, pans, and silverware to make your favorite meals. The Living Area is next, with the HDTV, BluRay and HD Cable, a large sofa that can double as a queen-sized sofa sleeper, and a large coffee table. The bedroom is the final room. The bedroom is unique because most studios at Sandpiper Cove don't have a bedroom. It also allows for privacy if you plan to bring more than one guest. This bedroom has a queen bed, a wall-mounted HDTV and HD Cable. This bedroom also has sliding glass doors that lead to the condoas Balcony. The Balcony includes a table set for four and steps that lead down to Sandpiper Cove. This allows you to walk directly to the beachfront balcony if you wish. You will enjoy free high-speed internet access, a view from the studioas' front door of the pool, complimentary beach parking, beachfront bathrooms, and a nine-hole chip-n–putt golf course on your property.
